Ski Lodge is an unmarked speakeasy bar within Superfrico, a restaurant that is a collection of eight distinct lounges and dining rooms curated by creatives located at The Cosmopolitan. Find it by heading to the back corner of the main dining room, though it is only open on busy nights and weekends. Though it serves the same cocktails as the main room, it is a much quieter place to enjoy them. It is located within Bavette’s Steakhouse at Park MGM. There is soft music that sets the tone and makes it a cozy space to indulge in your favorite cocktail. The Parlor Room, not to be confused with Parlor Cocktail Lounge at The Mirage, is adorned with vintage chandeliers, artwork, and lush furniture. You’ll find 1923 at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place near the escalators on the edge of the casino, but it is only open Friday and Saturday nights. They also have burlesque dancers, piano players, and other live entertainment. It is a swanky and secluded speakeasy offering more than just delicious craft cocktails with premium spirits. 1923 Prohibition Barġ923 Prohibition Bar is a hidden bar and cigar lounge at Mandalay Bay. You may not need a password, but it is still one of the fun hidden bars on the Las Vegas Strip. Through that door is where you will find Ghost Donkey. However, if you go to the Block 16 Urban Food Hall, in the back corner, you’ll see an inconspicuous door with a white donkey on it. Though Ghost Donkey is listed on The Cosmopolitian website, they only give you a general location (Level 2, Boulevard Tower). Ushh Club, where it is held, is modeled after a 1920s jazz den, but the experience is a cross between the iconic Magic City nightclub and an NYC block party from the 90s. Ushh: Backstage Pass is a Las Vegas speakeasy that acts as the pre-game party for the Usher residency. You wouldn’t expect to find a Las Vegas speakeasy before attending a residency performance, but with Ushh: Backstage Pass, that is exactly what you’ll get. They serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and sake. Inside you’ll find a dimly lit, intimate lounge with sophisticated oriental decor adorning the brick walls. Though we are unsure if it changes, the last we heard, it was “meow.”
The secret door is the blue shelving unit with a gold cat on it, but you’ll first have to check in with the staff and give them the password. Within the Famous Foods Street Eats food court, you’ll see a small convenience store called Ms. Though this is typically the entire point of speakeasies, many in Las Vegas aren’t so well hidden. There is also no signage to point you in the general direction.
